She believes that trust, communication, empathy and understanding a client’s vision are the foundations for building successful long-term relationships.

As a former copier engineer, Bob understands exactly how frustrating it is when something doesn’t work as it should. The born-and-bred Bristolian leads the sales, service and support arm of Prolific, and makes it his primary goal to offer fast and effective solutions to his clients.
