Our machines are all carbon offset, but we wanted to go one step further and become a certified CarbonZero Company.
That’s why we undertook an independent carbon audit to work out our carbon footprint, and decided to offset our unavoidable emissions by supporting two carbon neutral projects run by CO2balance.

The Kenyan Energy Efficient Stove Project
This project provides families with fuel-efficient cooking stoves that reduce the amount of firewood consumed by half, preventing 3 tonnes of carbon emissions from being released each year.
The Uganda Borehole Project
Boiling water in order to purify it uses an awful lot of fuel, which is why this project rehabilitates broken boreholes to provide families with clean water so they no longer need to purify it in this way.
